Sports

Hiya Everyone,
I love sports, it is one of my favourite things and take up most of my week, which sometimes doesn't help because I am preparing for my exams, but regardless sports are great! There are so many benefits to them, they make you feel good, you can meet new people and you can discover a new talent you never knew you had. Here are the sports I do in my free time, which you might want to do or try:

1) Hockey

This is main sport, I love it, I have met so many new people through this sport and gained so many skills from it. I have been playing hockey since I was 10 and have enjoyed every minute of it. when I'm stressed or upset, going to play hockey or even train just makes me happier, and I always leave feeling amazing. Everyone in my team are amazing and they know how to make me laugh, it is just an all round great environment to be in tbh. Hockey is a good team sport and is quite aggressive at times too, the sport can be played by either guys and girls and its so thrilling to be on the pitch, attacking and defending. I highly recommend it!

2) Dance

Dance is another great sport to do, and there is so many different types you can do such as contemporary, jazz, tap, street dance and even aerobics is a type of dance. I have been dancing for pretty much my whole life, I started at the early age of 3 and have been dancing ever since. I've been going to a dance school where I do ballet, tap and modern. Then in High school I decided to do a BTEC in dance, to able myself to perform other types of dance such as contemporary and jazz. So now I perform more styles of dance than I have before and learnt other styles of dance that I have never thought of. It is also another good way of meeting new people and socialising with friends. I have met people from other schools through my dance and that has allowed me to meet more people in their schools too.

3) Squash

I have only been playing squash a few months no, but I tell you now I love it!! it one of them sports that you don't hear often, because it isn't the most popular sport in the world, but I is honestly great sport to play whether you and your mate want to ty something new and are trying to keep fit of the holidays this is the perfect sport to do it. I see loads of people go to the sports club and just have a knock about. However for me, I am training to get on the teams and become a good player, tbh its not an easy sport to get into but with practise it becomes second nature. I am really enjoying squash and I recommend trying it.

So these are the sports I am currently doing at the moment, I love playing/doing at the moment, and I highly recommend trying them. However if you don't particularly like these sports, there are hundreds out there to try, ones that you may have not even heard of yet, but quite like the idea of trying. To everyone reading this, I challenge you to try one new sport this year, it can be anything you like. Hope you are able to complete it because I absolutely love sports, that is why I wanted to share with you the ones that I do, to get maybe try and get more of you guys out there to try, and I really hope you do.

Thx for reading!!!

What to do in the Summer Hols

Hiya everyone,
I'm really looking forward to the summer holidays, especially this year as I'm going on 2 trips aboard and I'm super excited!!!
However most of the time, I haven't got clue what to do when and I'm left stuck inside doing nothing; just watching TV on a really gorgeous hot day and I'm sure that some of you guys do to. So as it is coming close to the summer holidays I thought I would help you guys by coming up with 10 great ways to spend your holidays!
Boat Trip

1) Hang out with Friends!

This is the most simple and best thing to do. Its so easy; just call your friends up and have a day with them doing what ever you want even if its just doing nothing and chilling at home or out in the garden, its always great just have some company.

2) Outdoor Sleepover!

This is a really fun way to spice up an ordinary sleepover and gets everyone excited. After you've had an amazing day outdoors, in the hot, sunny weather, with your besties, why stop there?! Grab a tent and put it up in the back garden or a field, and sleep overnight in it. Even better if you are in your back garden because you could even have some fairy lights up, put some deck chairs out, grab a bed sheet and put it over a washing line and project a movie on to it; now you can have your very own outdoor cinema!

3) Have a Water Fight!

I absolutely love water fights they are sooo much fun especially if you live on a close or an estate because if everyone is out it usually starts with a couple of people then like the whole close joins in on it, and it becomes an estate full of fun. Also if you have a piece of waterproof material lying around; you can turn it into a water slide; you just need fairy liquid and water and BOOM! you have your own mini water park!
Water fight!

4) Bake/Cook

If it's a horrible day (and it usually can be in England), you can still fun inside. Baking/cooking is super fun way brighten up a cloudy day, and you have made some little treats for yourself and for others to enjoy as well. You make things like cup cakes, brownies, ice-lollies, frozen yoghut, or even make your family a lovely meal!
Watermelon Ice-Lollies

5) Do daily workouts

Summer is the best time to shape up and get healthier. The best thing is to have is your own workout routine with a place to do it in, and maybe change it every once in a while. I find that going for a jog either when the sun is rising or setting, is a good way to workout, or maybe if you have a beach nearby; you could do some core workouts, or even hit the gym, or classes such as yoga.
Yoga on the Beach

6) DIY Day!

There are literally hundreds of arts and crafty things to do in the hols, I find you can let out your more artistic side. You could do things like t-shirt prints, a scrap book of your holiday, mood boards or picture frames, and so much more!

7) Go Out on Wheels!

There's nothing better then going out on a long bike ride with friends and family. You could go on adventures and take roads that you have never been on and end up in a new place you have never been to! However if you don't have a bike maybe you could go on a scooter, a skateboard, roller skates or anything that has wheels that could take you on an adventure!

8) Have a Picnic

I absolutely love picnics even if there just in the garden; it is a perfect opportunity to catch up with friends. You can bring all sorts like sandwiches, crisps, chocolate, lemonade, absolutely anything! It's also great to have it in a park to then you could play ball games or activities before or after your little meal.

9) Go to the beach!

OMG! This is a must for me, I have to go to at least once a year (obviously I can't do it all the time because there's no beaches close to where I live, if I could I would go everyday), its soooooooooo much fun and there is loads of new and inventive things to do and think of while you are there, and it's one of the places where you can just be a kid again, even if your an adult! You can go in the sea, play in the sand and get an ice-cream, Oh I love it!!!

10) Go somewhere you have never been before!

Finally, I think this is the best way to have fun. Go some place you a ever been before, it gives you a chance to explore and be out of your comfort zone, It could be absolutely anything; maybe something you have seen or somewhere you can meet new people like going aboard or to a camp. Anything that is exciting because I'm sure that will be the most remembered memory of your whole summer holiday experience this year!!!!

So I hoped this helped you figure out some of things you will do during your summer hols; I definitely will be doing these myself this year!
I hope you have an amazing spring/summer and enjoy the hot sunny weather because it doesn't last here in England!
Love you all

Yo Sushi Review

Hiya Everyone,
So for my friends birthday we went out to the Trafford Centre and went for a meal and to do some shopping. She decided we would go to Yo!Sushi just in the corner of Selfridges, it is a Japanese Sushi restaurant which you probably would of guessed by the name.
Yo!Sushi
As soon as we got there, we straight away went to yo sushi as it was about 1pm, and were immediately seated which was fantastic!
One of the good things is about this place is you can start whenever you want because all the cold foods come round on this conveyor belt and I think this a really unique and genius idea, however I think the only problem is that you could be waiting for a certain dish for ages, but the lovely waiters are there if you want anything served to you.
Now the food is absolutely delicious and you couldn't fault it at all. But most of the food are small, cold dishes so I would recommend going to this restaurant for lunch.

Over all i think it is a really cute restaurant and the dishes are very different to your normal Japanese restaurants, I would definitely go there again.

Would I Rather??? 2

Waxing or Threading Eyebrows

Hiya Everyone
This week I thought to do another would I rather, and recently I've have been getting my eyebrows threaded but before I've had them waxed, so with experience of both of these I thought to give you what I thought which was the best way to get your eyebrows to perfection.
Fleeked Eyebrows
Now beauty hurts and both sting quite a bit, but when you get your eyebrows threaded you are able to get a better arch then waxing. The good thing about getting your eyebrows threaded, is that their no harsh chemicals involved that are bad for your health, in fact its good for sensitive skin as there is little contact. Also it lasts longer as after you've had them threaded the hairs won't grow back for 3-4 weeks!
Threaded Eyebrows
However waxing is much more faster than threading and the hairs are removed much quicker and all together, instead of being pulled out one by one; also many people think it hurts a lot less than threading yours eyebrows. With waxing the hairs, they will usually grow back every 2-3 weeks which is not as long as threading them.
Waxing Eyebrows
Luckily I experienced both ways, and I think I would prefer threading my eyebrows because personally I think its not as painful as waxing (plus I squint a lot when I get them waxed), also I get a really good arch afterwards.

I hope this has helped you decide on which way to make eyebrows look fleeked!!!

The Perfect Ways to Relax for Winter

Hiya Everyone,
I'm sooo excited because it's sooo close to Christmas!!!
So when it's near to Christmas, I find myself very busy and never have time to relax, but when I do, I find it hard to think of things, and I'm sure you guys would to. Luckily I have had time time to think and I have come up with the perfects things to do, to relax and treat myself ad I hope this will help you to.

1) A Spa Day!

I find these days are so relaxing because it is a great way to treat yourself and catch up with friends as it is always a good reason to meet up with each other. Spa days are so good because you can to do absolutely anything; you can go to a spa or stay in and relax, have manicures, pedicures, messages, face masks and so much more!

Spa

2) Breakfast in Bed

I always find this relaxing because you are able to stay in a comfy place in your pj's and not feel you need to get up and start busying yourself, like when you get out of bed you feel as if you can't go back and stay there a little longer, so it's always nice to have someone make a lovely breakfast and bring it up for you or even making it yourself and going back to your warm bed to eat a well-earned yummy breakfast.
Breakfast in Bed

3) Cup of Tea & A Movie Night in...

This is one of my favorite things to do, I love it love it love it!!! Especially when its near to Christmas, when all of the the Christmas classics are on like Elf, the Grinch and the polar express, it's just so relaxing to sit by the Christmas tree on the sofa with the family watching the great movies with a warm cup of tea or hot chocolate, its one of the things that get excited about Christmas!
Put your Feet up

4) Do a morning exercise

When the sun is rising, it is the perfect time to go out and go for a jog or a dog walk because at this time in the day it is so beautiful and fresh and afterwards, I find that you feel fresh and happier which I think prepares for the day a head.
Frenchies

5) Read a Book or Listen to Music

I find reading a book or listening to soft music before bed is a great way to relax because when you read, you slowly become tired and sleepy but at the same time your mind is working, creating a picture of the book you are reading letting you drift off, dreaming of that wonderful place in the book...
Reading

6) Have a Bubble Bath

This is my favorite way to relax because I love putting bath bombs, baths salt and bubbles in, lighting candles and listening to music, its great just a great way to end a busy day and relax and cleanse.
Bath Tub Relaxation

So these are some of the ways to treat yourself and relax before Christmas, I hope that these will help you stop stressing and I hope have you a very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!!

bareMinerals

Hiya Everyone,
Sorry that I've not posted in a while, I am away on a holiday down in the South of England to see my Auntie and Uncle number 3. Yesterday we visited the quirky streets of Brighton, I love Brighton there are so many cool and weird places there that you wouldn't find on your typical high street, it is so worth taking a visit if you like to try new things.

Love these bags <3
While I was there beauty mom and my auntie treated me to a bareMinerals makeover. It was AMAZING!!! We were immediately greeted warmly by one of the make-up artist named Sam and she was lovely, very pretty and made me feel very at home with the compliments she gave me. We ask if she could give me a makeover and she said she was booked up but said she would be able to try and fit me in, in the time she had, and she did, I felt so special.
BareSkin liquid foundation
She let beauty mom and my auntie sit near me to watch was going on. She told me what we were going to do which was match my skin colour with a foundation, put some concealer on and do a little bit of contouring. She was great at telling me what was what and how to apply a certain thing clearly and I had a good understanding of it all, Sam even let me have ago at applying some of the make-up myself! After she finished I looked great, the good thing about bareMinerals products is that it has no harsh chemicals that can irritate your skin and it comes out with a really natural finish that covers all your imperfections. I couldn't help but feel how soft my skin was afterwards and that my skin also smelt great.
Purchases

This stuff was great and I couldn't help myself but buy the Stroke of Light illuminating concealer, which was £22, and I know that is quite expensive for a concealer but it is so worth every penny because it has a great coverage for under-eyes and spots. Also my auntie bought me a new box-set which contained the bareskin foundation, the finishing powder and the interesting foundation brush, all of this costs £29, so I think this would be a great present to get your teenage daughter or niece for her birthday or Christmas, they would love you forever and fall in love with these products.

Thank you Sam for the gorgeous makeover I would definitely go and see her for another again. But make sure you book a day before as they can get quite full!
